Tickets for Douglas County DAWG Derby
The Douglas County DAWG Derby is an event to raise much-needed funds for the Douglas Animal Welfare Group which supports the Douglas County Animal Shelter and the Douglas County community. "Community Jockeys" will be on stage trying to raise enough funds to earn their jockey caps and goggles and a chance to win the Top DAWG Derby Award for most money raised. They will race their "critters" in an effort to win the derby trophy. A Kentucky Derby-style fancy hat contest will also take place for participating guests, and a prize for that and the best racing "critter" will also be awarded. A delicious buffet dinner will be provided during which time attended will hear about all of the things that DAWG does for the shelter and the community and how the funds raised from this event will be used. Radio host George Alm will emcee this hilarious show and the evening will end with a live auction and raffle drawings for some wonderful prizes.

Ticket Information
Douglas County DAWG Derby tickets are limited and available to purchase on a first come first served basis until May 4. The amount of the goods and services received per ticket is $25.00, therefore, $25.00 of each ticket price of $50.00 may be tax deductible. DAWG's nonprofit 501(c)3 number is 30-0028975.
